These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to boostbind.com and purchases from boostbind, operated by Caldris Global Inc. By visiting the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.
1. Store Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your place of residence, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, or violate another person's rights.
2. Product Information and Fit
We work to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, prices, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production batches, and measurement methods can create reasonable differences. Measurements may vary within the tolerance stated on the product page.
Fit depends on the product, body shape, and personal preference. Size labels are not identical across all products. Customers should review the size guide and product details before ordering. General fit guidance from customer support is informational and is not a guarantee that a selected size will fit.
Clothing descriptions may discuss fit, support, coverage, comfort, or styling but do not guarantee the same result for every customer. Shapewear, intimate apparel, and related garments are clothing products, not medical devices, unless a product page expressly and lawfully states otherwise. Store content is not medical advice and does not promise weight loss, permanent body changes, treatment, or prevention of a health condition.
3. Prices and Promotions
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed. The price and promotion displayed in checkout when the order is submitted control the transaction. Promotions may have stated dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, or usage limits and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.
We may correct a clear pricing, description, or availability error. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, customs terms, and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the delivery terms for the order.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility, intimate-apparel hygiene requirements, cancellation requests, and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
8. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Information supplied to us must be current and accurate. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or order information has been used without authorization.
9. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unrelated, contains private information, or violates these Terms. We do not require a positive review in exchange for customer support or a legally required remedy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caldris Global Inc and its personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or a product.
