From Order to Dispatch
After payment confirmation, most orders need 2-4 business days for picking, checking, and packing. Transit begins after dispatch and does not include weekends or public holidays.
Where We Deliver
Enter a complete address at checkout to see whether delivery is available. If no service appears, the order cannot currently be shipped to that destination.
Rates and Services
Shipping names, charges, and free-delivery eligibility are calculated at checkout. Those displayed options take priority over general examples elsewhere on the site.
Typical Transit
- United States: usually 5-12 business days after dispatch.
- Other available destinations: usually 7-20 business days after dispatch.
Carrier capacity, holidays, customs, weather, local disruptions, and remote addresses can extend these estimates.
Tracking Activity
A tracking link is emailed when available. The first scan may appear 2-5 business days after the label is issued, especially while a parcel moves to the carrier network.
Customs Costs
Import tax, duty, brokerage, or clearance fees may be collected by the destination. Unless checkout clearly includes them, the recipient is responsible for these charges.
Address Changes and Delivery Claims
Check the delivery address before payment. Corrections are attempted when requested promptly but are not guaranteed after processing starts. For a delayed or missing parcel, contact support@boostbind.com with the order number and tracking details. A delivered scan should first be checked with household members, neighbors, the delivery area, and the local carrier.
