Payment at Checkout
boostbind processes orders through Shopify's checkout. The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout and may vary according to your country, currency, device, and the payment services enabled at that time.
Depending on availability, checkout may support major credit or debit cards and accelerated payment services such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. A payment method is not guaranteed to be available unless it appears as an option during your checkout session.
Authorization and Order Confirmation
When an order is submitted, the payment provider may authorize or charge the payment method. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation. We may contact you or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, the transaction is flagged for review, inventory is unavailable, or the order information appears incomplete or inaccurate.
Currency and Conversion
Prices are shown in the currency selected or detected on the storefront. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, international transaction fee, or other charge. Those third-party charges are not collected or controlled by boostbind.
Taxes, Duties, and Shipping Charges
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout before payment is submitted. For international orders, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may be collected by local authorities or the carrier and may not be included in the checkout total unless expressly shown.
Payment Security
Payment information is transmitted to Shopify and the selected payment provider for processing. boostbind does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but the checkout providers use security measures designed to protect payment transactions.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If checkout does not complete, first check whether an order confirmation was issued before attempting payment again. A pending authorization may appear temporarily even when an order was not completed. Pending authorizations are controlled by the card issuer and usually expire according to the issuer's timing.
For payment questions, email support@boostbind.com and include your order number, if available. Do not send complete card numbers or account passwords by email.
